Q. What are your rates?
A. We offer affordable and competitive mini self storage rates. Our rates vary depending on location, size and whether it's climate controlled self storage. For specific rates, contact us either by phone (716)592-3343, or e-mail us using the convenient form on the Contact Page. If you would like, drop by and we will discuss it with you in person. Our courteous and professional staff will be glad to help you figure out just what your needs are and help you select the most economical storage unit to suit your specific needs. In addition, rates for our different storage units can be obtained by going to the On Line Reservations page.
Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. OFFICE HOURS: Mon - Closed. Tues-Fri 8 am - 5 pm; Sat 9 am - noon; Sun - Closed
GATE ACCESS HOURS: Daily - 24/7
EXTENDED ACCESS HOURS: Call us at 716-592-3343 to discuss other access times.
Q. Should I make a reservation?
A. Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure that the self storage rental space you want is available when you need it, we recommend that you make advance reservations. Reservations are taken on a "first come" basis. So please give us call to see what is currently available.
Q. Do I need insurance?
A. You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered) or apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage insurance. Insurance is the tenant's responsibility.
Q. What type of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard We can arrange to e-mail a monthly invoice, or even have your credit/debit card billed automatically each month.
Q. What is the minimum rental commitment?
A. Our lease is month to month, so you're never tied down to a long term contract.
Q. What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A. A valid driver's license or federal ID with picture is required to lease our storage units. On RV and boat spaces, current registration in the tenant's name is required.
Rule 1: Occupants must provide their own locks to secure their unit or vehicles parked outside Under no circumstances will Owner lend or give a lock to an occupant even temporarily. It is the Occupant's responsibility to secure their property, NOT OURS!
Rule 2: Insurance on property stored in the unit or space is the Occupants responsibly. NOT OURS!
Rule 3: Hours:
Electronic door access: 24 hrs. /7 days a week.
Rental office 8:00am -5:00pm (Information and payments)
Rent by Phone: 8:00am to 5:00pm (592-3443)
or rent online at www.webselfstorage.com
Rule 4: Late- payment fee of $10.00 will be assessed at 5:00 pm on the 3rd day past your monthly due date plus $1.00 per day, and electronic door access will be denied - until your payment is received in full.
Rule 5: Mandatory Notices:
1) Notice of Intent to Vacate must be filled out a minimum of 30 days before the date you plan to
vacate the unit or space. *We will NOT prorate rents. If your unit is not vacant on your next rental due
date, A full month rent will be due.
* To Vacate Means: The Occupant's lock is removed from the door of the unit. All items are removed. The
unit is left undamaged and broom clean. If any of these items are not completed by the vacancy date,
the Occupancy will automatically renew and charges shall apply. In the event the unit/space is vacated
before the vacancy date, there are NO pro-rated refunds.
2) Notice of change of address and/or telephone number.
Rule 6: Snow removal: Owner will remove snow between the hours of 9 am to 4 pm. if snow is in excess of 3"
Rule 7: The quiet enjoyment of other Occupant / Tenants must not be interfered with. Annoying sounds, odors, lights etc., are NOT allowed.
Rule 8: Children are the responsibility of the parents or legal guardians and their activity must be properly supervised and controlled at all times.
Rule 9: All parking rules are to be obeyed. Please be courteous. Do not block access to other storage units.
Drive slowly and safely.
Rule 10: No littering will be tolerated!!! Each occupant is responsible for the removal and disposal of any trash that is generated.
Rule 11: It is NOT permitted to store the following at this facility: Explosives, flammable or hazardous materials, solid waste, toxic waste *Legal action will be taken should any of these be discovered in your unit or space.
Rule 12: The Occupant shall not display any signs, banners, or advertisement of any other nature without the express written consent of the Manager.
Rule 13: Climate control units: are heated and cooled to maintain temperatures between 50 and 80 degrees F
Rule 14: Outside parking Spaces: ONLY D.M.V. registered vehicles are allowed (coming soon to this facility)
Rule 15: Motorcycles & or any small motorized equipment stored in the unit must remove battery.
